Service Terms for UL services

The service terms for the specific services listed in the links below are incorporated into each quotation provided to customers. The quotation, which incorporates the Global Services Agreement and the applicable service terms, constitutes the entire agreement governing the delivery of requested services by companies affiliated with Underwriters Laboratories Inc. (the "UL Contracting Parties").
